Looking back at her school work from childhood, every poem and diagram involves animals in some way. That combined with her interest in science made the choice quite clear! She decided to get into in-home euthanasia after moving back to the US from New Zealand. While practicing overseas, she first experienced in-home euthanasia and it was so peaceful and intimate that she wanted to continue to offer that service to pet parents.
